  3. Within three working days of the call: the outcome sheet. One page with the change we would agree to, how we would measure it, the parts we would reuse, the team, and the first 90 days.
  4. A proposal if you want one, with fixed-price milestones.

Sending an RFP? Attach it with its deadline. We tell you within two working days whether we will bid.
