Antone: an AI chief of staff, for work and for life.
Antone is an AI chief of staff that lives where executives already are: WhatsApp. It reads the inbox and the calendar, schedules meetings by email with real invites, briefs you before each one, delegates to people on your behalf, remembers everything you tell it, keeps the promises it makes, and reports every action with a receipt. We built it, we run it every day, and its parts power Craise and Kai.
- Status
- Running every day since 2026; invite-only for others
- Channels
- WhatsApp first; also Telegram, a web console, voice
- Brain
- Cloud models chosen per task, switchable; memory per person; skills it can grow
An executive's day runs on WhatsApp, email and a calendar, and the gaps between them are where things fall: a reply that never came, a meeting nobody confirmed, a promise made at midnight and forgotten by morning. Assistants built as apps add one more place to look. Antone sits inside the channel you already answer within minutes.
Nothing you asked for falls through, and every action comes back with a receipt.
Indicatorpromises kept on time, and actions reported with evidence, measured in the brain's own ledger.
- 07:30, the morning brief. Today's meetings, the emails that need you, what you promised yesterday, one line each, on WhatsApp.
- Before every meeting. Who is coming, what you last wrote to each other, what the last three threads said.
- "@antone will sort out the scheduling." Written in any email thread. Antone proposes your real free slots, negotiates with the other side by email, books the meeting with proper invites, and tells you on WhatsApp at every step.
- "Tell Rebecca we'll take Wednesday." Antone writes to her from his own number, briefed only with what you cleared, and relays her reply to you word for word.
- "Remind me to call Ganesh at eight." It fires at eight. If you said "I'll raise a toast at midnight", it arms the toast the moment you say it.
- A spreadsheet or a PDF on WhatsApp. Antone reads it and answers from it, or says honestly that it cannot.
- "What did I decide about the Pune site?" It remembers, across months, per person.
Antone is six parts, each with a job and a rule.
The router
Every message is read first by code, not by the model: who is speaking (owner, member, delegate, stranger), on which line, in what mood. The persona and the tools follow from that, so a stranger on Antone's number never sees an executive's data.
Reflex lanes
The things that must never be left to a model's judgement run as deterministic code: scheduling, reminders, document reading, the night hold on outgoing mail, the send guard before anything reaches a human.
The memory engine
A rolling window of the conversation, distilled memories per person, and a full archive that never expires, searchable. Antone remembers what you told it in March.
Workers
Long tasks become missions: planned, executed step by step with full tool access, checkpointed to disk so a restart resumes them, reported only at real milestones. "Let me work on that" is said only when a task record exists.
The claim verifier
Before any reply leaves, code checks every claim of action against the receipts. "Sent", "booked", "set" must match a logged event, or the sentence is removed and Antone says what it actually did. The same law now guards Kai on kaam.com.
The edge
Senders hold the WhatsApp lines, on residential connections, with health checks, backups and a watchdog. The brain runs in the cloud and chooses the best model for each task by the second, so it is never bought and never behind.
- It is where Indian executives already answer within minutes, and 2 billion people across 180 countries use it.
- Nothing to install, nothing to learn, no new place to look. Voice notes, photos and files arrive the way people already send them.
- One number can serve a whole team: each member gets their own memory, their own persona settings and their own line, with the owner's data walled off.
- Antone can hold its own number, be given extended coverage of your own WhatsApp when you choose, and write to third parties as your delegate with only what you cleared.
For Craise
Craise, our platform for founders raising capital, runs a concierge line on WhatsApp for founders, a chief-of-staff brief for the platform's operators, and an AI banker that runs a raise by calling the platform's own modules as tools. The brain, the memory tiers and the receipts discipline are Antone's.
For Kai, on kaam.com
Kai talks to people looking for work on WhatsApp in Hindi, Hinglish and English. From Antone it inherited the claim verifier (no "I've sent it" without a receipt), the rule that what a person says no to becomes a code filter, the money law (never an invented rupee figure), and the habit of asking one tap question before offering work.
The structure does not care what the business is. The lanes change; the brain, the memory and the receipts stay.
A clinic or a hospital group
Appointment negotiation by WhatsApp, pre-visit briefs for doctors, follow-ups that actually fire.
A sales team
Every lead's thread remembered, follow-ups armed when promised, the week's commitments reported on Monday.
A factory or a field force
Shift confirmations, document reading from a photo, escalations that reach a person with a clock on them.
A family office or a founder
Mail, calendar, travel, the household, the parents who have not called by ten.
Running Antone runs every day for our founders' own work and life, on WhatsApp, with its own number. Members join by invitation. Everything described above is in production; the device it will live on is in development.
