From training to a job: a national platform for women.
A corporate foundation trains women for work across India. Kaam built and runs the platform that carries each woman from registration to a job: assessments, courses with certificates in English and Hindi, an employer portal with its own applicant tracking, and a funder report whose 18 metrics each show how complete their data is.

The programme trains women in classrooms across the country through partner organisations. The training worked. What happened next was hard to see: who found work, with which employer, in which district, and whether the job lasted. Each partner kept its own sheets, employers had no single way in, and the foundation's funders wanted numbers it could stand behind.
A woman who finishes training finds a job, and the foundation can show its funders how many did, by district, every month.
