Rishi brings over two decades of experience building and scaling digital businesses in India. He founded Scootsy — one of India’s first premium quick-commerce and intercity delivery platforms — later acquired by Swiggy. He’s held leadership roles at Times Internet and Network18, and has incubated several consumer-facing ventures through Antfarm and Fork Media, including Curly Tales and Mashable India.
At Kaam.com, he’s focused on building meaningful, inclusive infrastructure for employment and skilling — keeping the user at the centre, and the mission clear.

Agnelo has spent the last decade building high-efficiency service and logistics operations across industries. As part of Scootsy’s founding team, he played a key role in last-mile delivery, quality assurance and operational scale-up. He’s led logistics innovation at Hamilton (formerly Milton), co-founded Refresh Car Care, and worked across reverse logistics, digital payments and field-force coordination.
At Kaam.com, Agnelo is focused on operational infrastructure — building out reliable systems that power everything from onboarding to scheduling to service fulfillment.
